Sine bar and rolls are made of quality tool steel,
hardened and ground for extreme accurate to .00003” per
inch of length. Parallelism .00004”. Rolls are accurate to
within .0002” center to center. The bottom part of the bar
extends past the bottom of the rolls, when the tool is
moved over the surface plate, all wear is eliminated from
the rolls.
